Will the apartment be for me?
Royal Dreams is located in the quieter southern part of Sunny Beach. Quality apartment and hotel complexes surround Royal Dreams and there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. It is a perfect location for visiting day or night central Sunny Beach and old or new town Nessebar. The complex is geared towards families with a childrens play area and pool on the complex. There is also a great restaurant and bar on site called 'Father Teds'.
Where abouts is the beach?
The beach is approximately 300m away reached by crossing a road. It is the widest stretch of beach in the resort.
How do I get about?
Car hire is readily available if not fully recommended as Bulgarian roads can be an interesting experience. Much better to use public transport which stops almost outside the complex. The resort is flat with no steep hills so walking is a very pleasant way of getting about.
How do I get to/from the airport?
We can arrange waiting transport at Bourgas Airport to take you straight to the apartment so you do not need to worry about this when you arrive in Bulgaria. We can also arrange a return taxi or a pick-up from Varna Airport, please email us for more details.
So what is bulgaria like?
Certainly very cheap compared to the UK and it will be a welcome relief if you have recently visited Western Europe on holiday. You will also find that the Bulgarians are extremely welcoming and you are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes where ever you go. It is true that as a holiday destination it is not as established and developed as other better known resorts but that is the charm of Bulgaria.
Eating and drinking in Bulgaria, what is that like?
There are so many restaurants and bars in Sunny Beach you will be spoilt for choice. The standard of restaurants is exellent and every international taste is catered for. Not to be missed are the local restaurants serving traditional fare and nearly every establishment has evening entertainment.
How do I get to Bulgaria?
There are flights to Bulgaria from many UK airports both scheduled and chartered. Average flight time is 3 - 3.5 hours.

Is there much to do when I get to Sunny Beach?
As little or as much as you want to do!
Sunny Beach is perfect for lazing the day away on part of its 8km golden sandy beach or for doing something a bit more energetic. There are plenty of water sports available including a PDI approved diving school where lessons can be booked and certificates earned in the wonderfully warm sea. There is an aqua park in the resort centre along with a go-karting track and numerous other attractions to keep everyone amused. For trips away from the resort, a yacht trip out to sea is a must along with a jeep safari, the dolphinarium in Varna is also well worth a visit. At night you will be spoilt for things to do and we would definately recommend a Bulgarian night at Khans Tent.
